Payment is due in full at time of purchase. Full payment must be received prior to order fulfillment & shipping.
All sales are FINAL. No returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be processed under ANY circumstances. This is very important to read before completing your purchase or making a claim during a LIVE Sale. This policy is also clearly stated in the terms & conditions of your PayPal invoice for *all* LIVE Sale purchases. Chips & cracks in the stone are natural and will occur over time- no returns or refunds will be processed for these inquiries.
SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY:
You must ensure that your shipping information is correct BEFORE submitting payment (via Paypal OR otherwise), as we WILL ship to the address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for errors that happen due to improper address information given at checkout. Additionally, we do not process returns or refunds for orders due to incorrect address.
All orders ship within 7 business days (this does not include Saturday & Sunday.) We will send you an e-mail with tracking information when your order has shipped!
SHIPPING PRICING POLICY:
All orders ship with with USPS by Priority Mail.
Shipping charge will be calculated based on shipping location for USPS Priority Shipping.
TAROT READING POLICIES:
Alex's tarot/chart reading turnaround time is clearly stated within each description. Please pay close attention to your selection. Full readings are currently expected within 10 business days. We reserve the right to utilize up to a 10 business day turnaround window across the board. This turnaround may be longer at times of high volume, and will be stated on the booking site or directly via DM.
We are in no way responsible for customs charges or any fees that may be incurred by international packages after initial shipping. Buyer is responsible for ALL customs fees & additional charges.
All specimens are sold as-is. We do not process ANY returns or refunds. If your items arrive damaged in the mail, reach out WITHIN 24 hours of delivery by email to email@example.com. Your e-mail MUST include images/proof of damaged packaging as well as your tracking number.
