Payment is due in full at time of purchase. Full payment must be received prior to order fulfillment & shipping.
All sales are FINAL. No returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be processed under ANY circumstances. This is very important to read before completing your purchase or making a claim during a LIVE Sale. This policy is also clearly stated in the terms & conditions of your PayPal invoice for *all* LIVE Sale purchases.
SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY:
You must ensure that your shipping information is correct BEFORE submitting payment (via Paypal OR otherwise), as we WILL ship to the address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for errors that happen due to improper address information given at checkout. Additionally, we do not process returns or refunds for orders due to incorrect address.
All orders ship within 6 business days- this timeframe does not include Saturday & Sunday. We will send you an e-mail with tracking information when your order has shipped!
SHIPPING PRICING POLICY:
All orders ship with with USPS, either Flat Rate or Priority Mail, depending on the weight.
Orders under 1lb ship for a flat rate of $6.
Orders above 1lb will be calculated based on shipping location for USPS Priority Shipping.
TAROT READING POLICIES:
Alex's tarot reading turnaround time is clearly stated within each description. Please pay close attention to your selection. Full readings are currently expected within 10 business days from APPOINTMENT DATE (note: NOT date of payment), while Single card pulls which will generally be a shorter, but regardless, we reserve the right to utilize up to a 10 business day turnaround window across the board at times of high volume.
All specimens are sold as-is. Chips & cracks in the stone are natural and will occur over time. We do not process ANY returns or refunds for chips or cracks in stones. If your items arrive damaged in the mail, reach out WITHIN 24 hours of delivery by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your e-mail MUST include images/proof of damaged packaging as well as your order information.

If your order has not arrived within 21 days of shipping (USA orders only), please contact us via email (email@example.com) with your order information so I may further assist you.
