We have no control over USPS transit times, which may be adversely affected due to increased USPS package volume & lack of USPS staffing due to COVID-19.

We currently ship orders weekly on Mondays. We appreciate your patience, cooperation & understanding.



Payment is due in full at time of purchase. FULL payment must be received prior to order fulfillment & shipping. You may choose to split up your purchase (as long as it is $20 before shipping) at check out using PayPal credit.


You must ensure that your shipping information (name AND address) is correct BEFORE submitting payment (via Paypal OR otherwise). Per our policy, we WILL ship to the address you provide at checkout.


The Humble Crystal LLC is not responsible for errors that happen due to improper address information provided at checkout.


Please note: If you want an order shipped elsewhere, the shipping address given at checkout MUST accurately reflect this.


Additionally, we will not process returns or refunds for orders due to improperly given shipping address or information otherwise.



All orders ship within 7 business days (this does not include Saturday & Sunday.) We will send you an e-mail with tracking information when your order has shipped!


All orders ship with with USPS by First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping charges will be calculated based on shipping location for USPS Priority Shipping.

We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged, broken, delayed, or stolen/lost once your order leaves our possession. Please contact USPS to address any & all issues regarding whereabouts of your package, delivery status, etc.



All sales are FINAL. No returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be processed under ANY circumstances. This is very important to read before completing your purchase or making a claim during a LIVE Sale. This policy is also clearly stated in the terms & conditions of your invoice for *all* LIVE Sale purchases.


We are in no way responsible for customs charges or any fees that may be incurred by international packages after initial shipping charges have been fulfilled. Buyer is responsible for ALL customs fees & additional charges. We cannot be held responsible for ANY items that are damaged, broken, delayed, or stolen/lost due to customs.


Chips & cracks in the stone are natural and will occur over time- no returns or refunds will be processed for these inquiries.
